    Description: Woman's blouse or shirt made with pelangi fabric produced from cotton trade cloth called tinangkulo. Brush like ornament attached, Fay-Cooper Cole called it a toothbrush which was used after chewing Betel nut. In many parts of Southeast Asia items used for personal hygiene were attached to Betel bags.
