    Description: Headdress of spoonbill, parrot. [bird] feathers, bamboo, gum, and string made by men for men's use. Wound with white cotton string into which is inserted small white feathers. At the center front of the band is an ornament made of four lengths of bamboo attached in a fan shape with gum and string and decorated with alternating rows of red and white feathers, with variegated feathers on the top row. Inserted into the bamboo stalks are four pink feathers.
